Find Child Care

Finding care in the MCCA network is quick and easy by following these steps:

  • Learn about the participating child care providers

  • Click on the "Learn more & Enrollment" button associated with the provider you are interested in. From there you'll be taken to each program's profile page where you can book a tour, join their waitlist, or apply for an open spot.

  • The first time you join a provider's waitlist, you'll be prompted to sign up for your free Kinside account. After creating your account, your family's details will pre-populate, making it easy to sign up for multiple waitlists quickly.

  • PRIORITY STATUS:

    • If you are an employee of a participating business member then you receive priority status on all of the waitlists. During registration, you will be asked if you are an employee of Clearwater Credit Union and asked for your work email.

    • If you qualify for the Best Beginnings Scholarship then you receive priority status second to the business membership.

That's it!

If a slot becomes available that meets your needs, you will be notified via email or text. From there, it is up to families and the provider to communicate about next steps.

Mountain Peak Preschool and Childcare

About: At Mountain Peak Preschool and Childcare we believe in teaching the whole child. We want to engage and foster each child's individual strengths and build upon those. We know how important a language-rich environment is in laying the foundations for early literacy skills. We also recognize that play is the most valuable form of learning in these early years. Keeping these things in mind, through a language rich environment and play-based curriculum, we will foster students' learning and let them explore, create, imagine, and communicate. We also focus on helping each child meet their full social emotional potential. We want to build school readiness in this area by helping them be ready to share, make friends, communicate their needs, have good sportsmanship, be empathetic, etc. Students have many opportunities to learn in morning circle and center time. Students can then practice these skills during free play and exploration where they can predict, hypothesize, question, dramatize, create, and so much more to show their learning.

Montessori Plus International

About: Since the founding in 2015, as a small-scale, top-quality, bilingual early childhood education program, Montessori Plus International (MPI) has served over a hundred families in Missoula. Currently MPI is a state licensed, STAR 4 Early Childhood Education Center with assessment scores way surpassing the requirement for STAR 5, the highest level in the quality rating system. (We chose to stay at STAR 4 because we decided that, instead of going through the national accreditation process - an extra step required by STAR 5, we’d rather focus our limited time and energy on supporting current students, staff, and families in our school community).

    Hours of operation: M-F, 8:00 Am - 5:00 PM

    Ages Served: 1 month - 12 years
